The group and its members are
governed by the InChant constitution.
Attendance
Members are also responsible to arrive at all practices and performances on time. Those who are unable to
make practice or plan to be late are asked to contact the business
manager or president a minimum of 3 hours prior the
scheduled practice time. Constitutional policy will apply
regarding late attendance or absence. Work, class, medical, and
child care conflicts are pre-approved acceptable excuses for missing or
being late for practice/performances. Those without
transportation, are asked to make arrangements for a ride with another
group member prior to practice.
Practice Responsibilities
Members are asked to bring a pencil, music folder, and a notebook,
practice/performance calendar to all practices.
Performance
Responsibilities
Always arrive at the prearranged time published under the next scheduled
performance section or a minimum of 45 minutes-1 hour prior. Please arrange for
directions prior to the day of the concert.
